the participation fee for this camp covers:
5 meals
some softdrinks
hiway & gas
camp fees
all the necessary camp gear
participation fee:
Y20,000/adult
this is a special camp—limited number of seats!

destination:
oku-hida is in the japan alps mountain range that straddles gifu, nagano & toyama prefectures

when:
sat~mon, sep 15th~17th (nat’l hol weekend)
depart fri sep 14th at nite after work

accommodation:
camp in tents
kigouya prepares everything necessary for a comfortable nite’s sleep

transportation:
a van & driver is prepared by kigouya

capacity:
space is limited!
in the
kigouya vans there are seats for 7 adults max.

weather 1-2-3:

  1. 1.if the weather forecast does not call for rain, then the camp is on!

  2. 2.if it looks like rain, then we will search for another destination that has good weather.

  3. 3.if it's raining everywhere, then unfortunately we will have to cancel.

meals:
5 meals (at least) are included in the participation fee (breakfast 3 mornings + dinner 2 evenings)
vegetarian & special requests are no problem--please let us know

alcohol:
kigouya provides a cooler full of ice-cold beer (4 for Y1000) & chu-hi (3 for Y500)
about kishi station:
on the kintetsu kawachi-nagano line
25min from abenobashi station in downtown osaka (kintetsu abenobashi station is next to JR tennoji station)
kishi station is between tondabayashi & furu-ichi stations
semi-express trains (green marque) go direct from abenobashi to kishi
express trains (orange marque) change at furu-ichi
go out the west exit and wait at the top of the stairs
but you can bring your own drinks as well!

what to bring:
towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, jacket, comfortable walking shoes, river shoes, your personal things (toothbrush, etc.), camera, cash money for the participation fee, souvenirs & snacks & entrance fees for local attractions & onsens, etc.

departure time & place:
fri sep 14th after everyone finishes work
kishi station west exit at the top of the stairs
(you’ll see a big red pachinko parlor)

return time & place:
mon sep 17th some time around 9pm
(possibly earlier, depends on traffic)
kishi station west exit

sign up by:
thu sep 13th, 9pm
